EASY, CLASSY, TASTY!​

Quickly and almost effortlessly set the mood for your family or your guests with this elegant and delicious salad!

Torn Romaine lettuce, halved grape tomatoes and Kalamata olives, sliced red onion and cucumber, whole or diced shrimp (I prefer Argentinian--they taste like buttery lobster). Toss and serve with your fave dressing or an olive oil/red wine vinaigrette. (Suggestion: Red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, olive oil, oregano, S&P, garlic, parsley--whisked together, all to taste.)
